Agatha advises issuers and underwriters on capital market transactions, including initial public offerings (IPO), share placings, spin-offs and mergers and acquisitions. She also works on subsequent compliance for companies listed in Hong Kong.

Agatha has extensive experience of advising a wide range of issuers and underwriters in various industries, including pharma and healthcare, consumer goods, TMT, education, manufacturing and energy.

Agatha obtained a bachelor's degree in law from Fudan University in China and a master's degree in law from Columbia University in the United States.

She is qualified in China and the State of New York.

Fluent in English, Agatha is a native Mandarin speaker and also speaks Shanghai dialect.
