For transaction work, her expertise is wide-ranging, advising both public and private tech clients on a variety of matters. These encompass corporate structuring and restructuring, private capital fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, debt issuance, and joint ventures, both within China and on an international scale.

Justina obtained her Bachelor’s degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2002. She has acted as the lead PRC counsel on a multitude of high-profile transactions, many of which were recognised as “Transaction of the Year” by leading industry publications such as China Business Law Journal, Asia Law, and China Law & Practice. She is the sole Chinese representative on the Public Policy Council of the International Advertising Association (IAA). Justina was named to The A-List Lawyer by China Business Law Journal in 2022 and 2023.
Justina is fluent in Mandarin and English. Before joining the firm, she was a senior partner at TransAsia Lawyers in Beijing.
