Lucy leads our Digital Legal Delivery team in China.
Lucy is one of a very few experts with experience in managing Digital Legal Delivery in China.
She has been responsible for the establishment and strategic management of Digital Legal Delivery team in China for multiple years.
Lucy leads a team of experienced lawyers, law graduates and technologists to collaborate with global offices to offer a technology-enabled, cost-competitive solution to the document-intensive aspect of contentious and non-contentious legal work, including cross-border disputes, corporate investigations, due diligence for transactions, commercial contract reviews and automation of legal documents.
Before starting her career in Digital Legal Delivery, Lucy practised at a number of major international law firms for more than 15 years, advising on numerous cross-border M&A transactions and foreign investment projects in China. She is also experienced in legal knowledge management.
Lucy is a qualified PRC lawyer. She holds a bachelor's degree in law from Peking University, as well as a master's degree in law from University College London. Her working languages are English and Mandarin Chinese.
